Support
=======

Bugs
----

Bugs, enhancements and related issues can be filed on the pycsw `trac`_.  To submit a `bug`_ (you need a sourceforge account), be sure to specify the version you are using, the appropriate component, a description of how to reproduce the bug, as well as what version of Python and platform.  For convenience, you can run ``sbin/sysprof.py`` and copy/paste the output into your bug report.  If you are submitting a patch, please enter the keywords ``has-patch`` in the ``Keywords`` field (so tickets with patches can be easily filtered). Also read the :ref:`faq` before submitting.

-------

You can find out about software metrics at the pycsw `ohloh`_ page.  pycsw is also registered on `CIA.vc`_.

IRC
---
